Policies & FAQ

- Shipping -


Please allow 4-6 weeks for the creation of made to order and custom items. I’m the solo artist behind Timber Dust Jewels and handmade items take time.

 Shipping days are on monday, please allow up to a week for 'ready to ship' items to be sent. If you have a short timeline you're working with please reach out and I will do what I can. 


Rush processing is available as an add on if you need an item by a certain date, please email me to inquire about this. I am not responsible for postal services delays or incorrect addresses.

- International Orders -

My shop is located in Missouri, USA, but I ship internationally. International shipping starts at $15 but may vary by country.


Buyer is responsible for any and all import taxes and fees, and may forfeit item or have to pay additional shipping fees if import taxes are not paid in time.


Watch tracking and check in with your local post office to find out if any import taxes or fees are owed when your order arives in your country.

- Refunds & Exchanges -


All sales are final, and exchanges and refunds may be made only on a case to case bases. If you receive an item that has been damaged in the mail please contact me within 48 hours of receiving to request an exchange. 


Any items exchanged or refunded must be mailed back before a replacement or refund will be sent.


- Custom Orders -

I love creating custom work and bringing your idea to life through my eyes.


I only offer customs to clients who are willing to trust my individual process and style, which is to provide me with the elements you want included in your design, what elements you want to avoid, and any ideas you have. 


I do not offer sketches or proofs for custom orders before I begin them. I have an individual style that can be seen throughout my work that you can expect any custom to share. Most of my work is freehand and worked into the space as I go.
